Feeling a bit meh this January? You NEED to watch this TED Talk

I’m not going to bore you with all of my New Year’s resolutions; they’re all pretty standard. I do enjoy setting goals, and I love ticking things off a to-do list which is probably why my sister Jackie brought me The 5 Second Journal by Mel Robbins. I hadn’t heard of this woman before, but she’s a motivational speaker/author and my sister really rates her. Apparently the journal is the secret to getting sh*t done – so let’s hope it works. After Christmas I googled Mel Robbins because I wanted to know more about her five second method, and I watched her TED Talk (it’s an old one) about how to stop screwing yourself over. Since then, I haven’t stopped sending the link to friends who are struggling with the January blues – it’s so good. So I thought I’d recommend it to you, too. Give it a watch below and let me know what you think…
